The thesis
MODHAUS is the Seoul label that built tripleS as a 24-body system instead of a 5-body brand. Founded 30 November 2021 by Jaden Jeong — former LOONA creative director, with years at JYP, Woollim, Sony Music Korea and Blockberry Creative — and Joseph Baek, formerly COO of Playlist Studio.
Jeong's public math: 24 is the largest number of faces a casual fan can still memorize, and it is astronomically, historically, combinatorially loaded. Earth turns in 24 hours. 24 has eight divisors, so a group of that size can be 4, 6, 8 or 12 without remainder. The DIMENSION calendar is that arithmetic made into seasons.
The stack is COSMO (app) + Objekt (photocard-token) + COMO (vote) + Gravity (decision) + HAUS (life) + SIGNAL (daily film). HASHED built the chain layer on Abstract, an Ethereum L2. Objekts are not speculative NFTs — they are not unique, not on OpenSea, not a coin. They are photocards that mint a vote.
Jaden Jeong
Jaden Jeong (Jeong Byeong-gi) is president and CEO. He is the architect who sequenced LOONA's 12-member pre-debut, then left Blockberry Creative and spent two years designing a version of that idea that fans could actually steer.
In a 2025 Forbes interview with management head Kim Tae Hyuk, A&R Kim Sung Woo, and members ChaeYeon, Kotone, JiYeon and SoHyun, he called MODHAUS a social-entertainment structure: 24 is not a gimmick, it is a maximum memorable set, and the number's divisors are the release strategy.

Social · Sonyo · Seoul — three S's. Sonyo is 소녀, girl. Slogan: The idol of all possibilities. Official anniversary: 1 May 2022, the day S1 was revealed. They named a child 24 — S-numbers as a clock, a song on ASSEMBLE24 simply called 24, a track on Performante simply called 12.
